AI-ready data for every decision
Data moves fast. Decisions can't wait. We build the infrastructure that makes AI-ready data available to every team, on any cloud, without vendor lock-in, because the time your people spend waiting on data is time they could spend using it.

About Us
Time is the only finite resource. We believe that profoundly, and it shapes everything we build. At TimeXtender, our purpose is to give time back to data teams, to businesses, to people making decisions that matter.
We do that by automating the complex and time-consuming work of building data infrastructure. When pipelines build themselves, governance is built in by default, and AI-ready data is always within reach, teams are free to focus on what actually moves their organisation forward.
Our Platform
The TimeXtender Data Platform is a unified, metadata-driven platform that automates the entire data lifecycle, from ingestion to delivery, across any cloud or on-premises environment. The result: an AI-ready data foundation built up to 10x faster than with conventional approaches.
Data is a unique asset. It does not wear out. It compounds in value as more of it is collected, connected, and trusted. But raw data alone is not enough. Getting value from data requires it to be accurate, governed, and ready for the AI models and analytics tools your teams rely on every day. That is precisely what we build for.
A look into our past
Where we come from
As a founder of an IT consultancy business, Heine Krog Iversen found that giving businesses access to data was a tedious, expensive and time-consuming task. His consultant’s time was filled with repetitive coding tasks at each customer site. Then they frequently handed projects over to other employees, which was also very time-intensive because of the multiple, intricate, hand-coded scripts. It was also expensive and time-consuming for the customers, as they poured money into data projects with long implementation times and demanding resource upkeep. These frustrations lead Heine and then Chief Data Architect, Thomas Christiansen, to investigate an automated solution with the least possible demand for individual hand-coding. From an IT point of view, they found that the hand-coding tasks involved in the process of extracting data were the same no matter the size or type of business. With this revelation, Thomas began developing a tool that would automate this process, ultimately making it more time-effective and standardized. Heine saw the global potential in the tool and how it could become a true time-saver and game-changer in data management. So he founded TimeXtender in 2006 to dedicate his time to develop and market a platform that automates the data management cycle. The cost savings are evident as the platform has proven to be more than 10 times faster than the traditional approach.
Because ultimately, Time Matters.

Lorraine Murtagh is truly a world explorer, having been born in Ireland and has since trotted the globe, living and working in Europe, the USA, and APAC. Her journey started in the finance realm, crunching those numbers like a pro. But she soon realized that people are the real adventure! She swapped her calculator for a cape, and now she’s all about turning business dreams into culture-shaping realities. Imagine the Avengers, but for company vibes.
Lorraine is an internationally experienced Leadership and Organizational Development expert with a history of converting business vision into people and culture initiatives that directly improve profitability, performance and employee engagement in fast-pace, high growth organizations. She’s fluent in French (and of course her native Irish), and there’s nothing she loves more than a good book, good red wine, and a good laugh.
What we stand for
Four values shape every decision, product, and conversation at TimeXtender. They are not aspirational, they are the standard we hold ourselves to, every day.
Customer first
Our customers are the heroes of our story. We listen actively, respond with empathy, and let real user outcomes guide our priorities. That same mindset shapes how we work internally — every interaction, whether with a customer, a partner, or a colleague, is a chance to deliver something that makes a genuine difference.
Excellence
We take ownership of our results and hold ourselves to a high standard. Excellence means clear communication, smart solutions, and work we are proud to put our name on — for our customers, our partners, and each other.
Trustworthy
Integrity is not a policy. It is how we operate. We communicate openly, honour our commitments, own our mistakes, and create an environment where teammates and customers always know where they stand.
Innovative
We challenge the status quo and embrace bold ideas. Curiosity, experimentation, and the courage to try new approaches help us and our customers grow, adapt, and create impact. Because time matters, innovation is how we create it.
How our values come to life: our culture cornerstones
Our four core values are anchored by four culture cornerstones that shape how we work and who we are as a team.
Connection
We build genuine relationships across teams, geographies, and backgrounds. Remote-first is no barrier to the authentic collaboration that powers our work.
Simplicity & clarity
Complexity slows progress. We are relentless about making work, communication, and decisions straightforward and easy to navigate — helping everyone achieve more, quickly and confidently.
Personal leadership
Every Xperson leads with initiative, integrity, and courage. We take ownership of outcomes, live our values daily, and empower each other to set high expectations and drive continuous value.
Sustainability
Our commitment goes beyond business success. We act responsibly — supporting health, wellbeing, and environmental stewardship, and working toward a positive, lasting footprint for people, communities, and the planet.
