Setting up and configuring the TimeXtender platform. Expert guidance for complex or high-priority implementations of TimeXtender solutions.
Customer Support Enablement
Resolving issues and troubleshooting. Advising on best practices. Providing guidance on using TimeXtender features.
Technical Issue Resolution
Support for critical production environments. Debugging of ETL processes and data pipelines. Optimization and performance enhancement.
This service is exclusively available to TimeXtender partners, not directly to end customers. Customers seeking assistance should contact their respective TimeXtender partner. Partners can access up to 40 hours per month, with additional hours available at a set rate. The service focuses solely on TimeXtender implementation and optimization tasks, excluding broader IT responsibilities unless specifically agreed upon. For ongoing support needs, Subscription Package is required.
Business and Technical Analysis
Comprehensive analysis of current data processes and workflows. Recommendations for optimizing architecture for TimeXtender Data Integration. Identification of potential risks and mitigation strategies during migration.
Migration Execution
End-to-end execution of the migration process, including re-mapping and transferring data models and pipelines. Adapting and validating transformed workflows for the new platform. Post-migration validation for data consistency and functionality.
Migration Assistance
Full support in migrating from TimeXtender V20 to TimeXtender Data Integration (TX DI). Guidance on pre-migration preparation, including system readiness and infrastructure checks. Ensuring smooth transition with minimal disruption.
Orchestration Integration
Setup and configuration of automated orchestration features in TX DI. Assistance with implementing new orchestration workflows for improved data automation. Optimization of data processes for enhanced efficiency and performance.
Services not included are new data models or pipelines, broader IT changes, custom features not needed for migration, support for unrelated third-party tools, and unlimited post-migration support without additional purchase.
Technical Support
Addressing technical issues, troubleshooting errors, and assisting with configuration. Offering guidance on complex challenges specific to customer implementations. Providing expert solutions for TimeXtender-related problems.
Customization Requests
Supporting solution-specific adjustments and minor customizations. Assisting with tailoring TimeXtender implementations to meet unique business needs. Offering expertise for optimizing data models and workflows.
Ongoing Knowledge Transfer
Delivering transparent communication and training to empower partners' support teams. Enabling second-line support to resolve issues independently. Sharing best practices and latest TimeXtender platform insights.
Annual Health Check
Conducting comprehensive evaluation of TimeXtender implementation to identify risks and issues. Assessing performance and pinpointing areas for improvement. Providing detailed report with findings and recommended actions for optimization.
This Subscription Package is exclusively designed for TimeXtender partners, not directly for end customers. Customers requiring assistance should contact their respective partner company. Complex issues requiring more than 10 hours of analysis are handled through the On-Demand Package at an additional cost. Support is limited to TimeXtender implementations and excludes third-party systems unless otherwise agreed upon under an extended agreement.
