If you visited timextender.com over the weekend, you probably noticed that something looks different. The wordmark has changed, the colors are warmer, and the way we describe our platform is more focused. As of May 15, our refreshed TimeXtender brand is live across our website, the TimeXtender Data Platform, our customer and partner materials, and the way we show up at every event. This post explains why we made these changes and what they mean for you.
Why we refreshed the brand
TimeXtender has spent more than two decades helping mid‑market organizations build the data foundations they need to make better decisions. For most of that history, we described ourselves in terms of efficiency: save time, move faster, cut implementation cycles. Those benefits still matter to every customer we serve, but the questions we hear have changed.
As generative AI has moved from experimentation to everyday use, and data tooling has become more fragmented, data leaders are under pressure to prove that every dashboard, every model, and every AI use case is built on trusted data. They are no longer just asking how to speed up integration projects; they are asking how to ensure their data is accurate, governed, and portable enough to support AI for years to come.
That is a different problem, and it deserves a clearer answer. Our refreshed brand is designed to lead with that answer.
A sharper promise: AI‑ready data for every decision
Our updated positioning is built on a single promise: AI‑ready data for every decision.
The TimeXtender Data Platform still unifies four products into a single data environment: Data Integration, Data Enrichment, Data Quality, and Orchestration. Together, they give mid‑market data teams one place to ingest data from any data source, prepare and govern that data, and deliver it to the people, tools, and AI models that need it. This is unparalleled in the mid-market.
What has changed is how clearly we describe the value, not the value itself. Customers tell us they choose TimeXtender because they want a trusted data foundation that avoids vendor lock‑in, regardless of which analytics or AI tools they use on top.
This refresh is more than a new identity; it is a clearer expression of our direction and momentum. As part of this work, we revisited our vision, mission, positioning, and messaging to better reflect the role trusted, AI-ready data now plays in every business decision. It gives us a sharper story, a stronger foundation, and a more confident way to show up for our customers, partners, and market.

What’s new in the visual identity
The visual identity is the most visible part of the refresh. A few of the deliberate choices behind it:
The logo has been redrawn. The wordmark is now a lowercase “timextender” set in our continuing typeface, Geist.
The new logomark is an “X” formed from four chevron‑style brackets, a subtle reference to our name and a more flexible mark for everything from app icons to event booths.
The primary color pair is TX Orange and Slate, supported by three secondary tones: Dove, Crema, and Tierra. Orange remains the dominant TimeXtender color, while the supporting tones give us more range across long‑form content, product UI, social, and events.
Photography now has a clearer direction. Our imagery is warm, human, and quietly confident, with a soft amber tone throughout. We focus on individuals and teams in moments of collaboration and decision‑making, with technology in a supporting role.

The result is a brand that feels more grounded and optimistic, and that better reflects the role TimeXtender plays in our customers’ day‑to‑day work.
What’s not changing at TimeXtender
The brand is new. Our mission is not. We remain focused on helping mid‑market data leaders build a unified, governed data foundation that lets the rest of the business move faster without losing control.
The TimeXtender Platform is still delivered cloud‑ and on‑prem, still committed to portability, and still built around a metadata‑driven approach that lets your data infrastructure outlast any single tool, vendor, or trend. If you are a TimeXtender customer or partner, your relationship with us is exactly the same as it was on May 14.
What has changed is how clearly we can describe the value you already get, and the visual system that will carry that message into everything we launch next.
The team behind the work
The new brand is the result of a close partnership between TimeXtender and Sköna, a creative agency focused on B2B technology brands. Sköna helped shape the brand essence and core identity system, and our in‑house team led implementation across the website, the TimeXtender Data Platform, and our go‑to‑market materials. We are grateful to everyone involved for the care and craft they brought to this work.
