Introducing a filter to enhance the process of selecting data providers when setting up a new data source connection. This feature allows users to choose the provider and the version of the provider from separate lists, making it easier to get an overview of the available providers. TimeXtender-branded providers, which are typically optimized and recommended for best performance and compatibility, are highlighted in "Recommended" category. This categorization helps users quickly identify and select the most suitable provider for their data source, ensuring a more efficient and streamlined setup process.
We have added a new feature that allows users to effortlessly duplicate existing instances, including their configurations and settings. The cloned instance can then be customized as needed. This is especially useful when creating multiple instances with similar configurations, such as replicating the instances for development, testing, and production environments. By enabling users to replicate existing setups, it significantly enhances management efficiency, saves time and reduces the risk of errors. It is particularly beneficial for organizations looking to scale their data operations, as it supports a future-proof and automated approach to instance management.
Users can now combine multiple string values into a single, comma-separated string, ordered by a specified column. This enhances data readability by consolidating multiple rows of string data into a single, concise format, making it easier to interpret and present in reports and dashboards. It optimizes performance by reducing data complexity, which improves query efficiency and speeds up data retrieval and analysis.
This new functionality enables users to store a view as a table, ensuring data stability and integrity by making the data within the view static and consistent over time. This upgrade improves query performance by eliminating the need for complex view recalculations, as queries can retrieve precomputed data directly from the table. It also simplifies data management by reducing the computational load and resources required for ongoing view recalculations.
